An estate agent, Temitope Animashaun, was arraigned on Tuesday at the Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court in Ibadan, Oyo State, for allegedly defrauding accommodation seekers of approximately ₦15 million. The charges brought by prosecutor ASP Anthony Igori include conspiracy, fraud and stealing, across 67 counts under Sections 390(9), 419 and 516 of the Criminal Code Law of Oyo State 2000.
