Egbeda Local Government Chairmanship aspirant in the forthcoming December 2026 elections, Akinloluwa Akinbode has extended warm congratulations to Hon. Sunkanmi Babalola on his emergence as the consensus candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for Egbeda State Constituency.
Akinbode described the development as a clear reflection of unity, strategic alignment and confidence reposed in Babalola’s leadership by party stakeholders and members across the constituency in a process which underscores the collective resolve of the party to present a formidable front ahead of the general elections and the coming administration.
Akinbode further wished the candidate success at the 2027 polls, expressing confidence that the goodwill and support of the people would translate into victory at the forthcoming general elections.
Akinbode also reiterated his commitment to contributing meaningfully to the growth of the party and the development of Egbeda Local Government.
