That man is Barrister Seun Ashamu, the benefactor and driving force behind many of the smiling faces around him. He has served Oyo State diligently in key positions, including Commissioner for Energy, Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, and currently as Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning.
